Patient with history allergy from 3-4 year. He develop urticaria due to some food which is unknown. And there mild allergy every day which is relieved by medication by taking anti histamine. White balancing after urticaria there is severe itching followed by healed ulcer and than white blanching which have also itch after 1-2 days.

Have hives on hands, scalp buttocks, which itch and after itching blood come.. white spot attached picture of buttocks. What should be the treatment plan?
