The USFDA recently approved glofitamab for relapsed or refractory diffuse unspecified large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) arising from follicular lymphoma following systemic treatment. The efficacy of this drug was proven in an open-label, multicenter, single-arm trial including 132 patients who had relapsed or refractory DLBCL and LBCL arising from follicular lymphoma and received two prior lines of systemic treatment. The glofitamab treatment achieved a 56% objective response rate (ORR), with 43% of patients achieving complete responses.
In addition, the estimated duration of response (DOR) was 18.4 months among patients treated with glofitamab.
