Old stained furniture, torn magazines, dust coated fans, rude staff have a huge impact on how patients perceive the quality of the care they are going to receive. Although this may not be the criteria for a well-known, experienced physicians, but can be one of the important factors for the physicians, who have started their clinics recently.
