When a lawyer was attacked in Allahabad court and other places too legal fraternity of all over country went on strike then the high court or supreme court was silent on that strike. Lakhs and crore of people suffered then also.
We should not only write a comment here and there and dump the issue rather why should we through IMA not write a common letter to CJI and chief justice of all high courts with a copy to The President and The Prime Minister to initiate PIL and also seek an explanation from them. What can we do for justice in favor of medical fraternity?
