55 year old male patient, h/o ghutkha chewing, c/o ulcer in the buccal mucosa with pain for last 10 days. Other ENT examinations are nothing significant except gross DNS to rt side.
So considering the case what are the provisional diagnosis? Is it an aphthous ulcer?
