58 years old women had hysterectomy and bilateral oophorectomy eleven years back for her menstrual problems. Since then she is on oestrogen only HRT.

She is having well-controlled mild hypertension-no personal or family history of breast disease but her mother has osteoporosis. Her family physician has suggested her to stop Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) because of long-term risk.The patient is not keen as when she tried to stop in the past she felt terrible.
