An 80 years old heavy weight woman c/o pain in chest and dyspnoea on minimal work over, previously controlled diseases hypertension severe, DM on insulin and OHA, CRF urea 60,s.creatine 2.8 mg, clinically fully controlled. X-ray chest posted shows nodular shadows around the cardiac silhouette. TLC was found to be 14200.
Cardiac shadow looks to central and tubular, what is the nodular infiltrate around Heart. Lately, her is fluctuating between 190/100,160/96mmHg from last two months. What is this pneumonitis or pulmonary edema or any other pathology?
