A 65-year-old female, with case of B Asthma and lately having Rheumatoid arthritis. She is under my treatment from 30 years.

Today she came for treatment of respiratory infection, I noticed 3 nodules over wrist and forearm, on palpation soft rubbery feeling, not painful, but she says these developed with in one MONTH. What are these lesions/nodules?
