A 32 years old boy, having allergic rhinitis like sneezing, cold, always puffiness both sides of the nose and below eyes, annoyed with all these symptoms investigated and found to have defects in sinuses and chest. Please explain indication of any disease/syndrome? Kartagener syndrome?

Right maxillary sinus polyp /infection? Mesocardia with Left lower lobe collapse along the Left cardiac border? Overinflated lungs /Emphysema
