3 days back normal healthy 8 yr old boy presented with self-remitting few loose stools and suprapubic pain for 2 days without fever and vomiting has similar history but with fever and occasional vomiting 6 months back and was treated by some antibiotic as gastroenteritis. Today received the report of ur c/s grew Staphylococcus aureus. The child is now better as the oral antibiotic was initiated 3 days back and didn't experience any abdominal pain till now.the antibiotic is found to be sensitive.
US KUB has been advised. What could be the underlying pathology which can be suspected for Staphylococcus aureus UTI in this boy?
