A 45 years old man who was a chronic heavy alcoholic and chronic smokers, old treated case of PIVD. Patient had swelling of bilateral low eyelids and tremors of hand and lips, complained of weakness of the body for the last few days which were ignored and no medical advice was taken. Last evening patient complained of uneasiness which was ignored by family members as they thought, it may be due to non-drinking of alcohol. A patient went outside for a walk for relieving uneasiness.
