I joined a diagnostic center location, as a consultant radiologist in October 2016. Since they were very irregular in payment of salary, I resigned in Jan 2017, after sending them 1 month advance notice, as mentioned in the agreement. At that time, I had one and half months salary pending. Since then I am calling their CMD, weekly and sometimes daily, asking him to release my salary, but many times my call goes unanswered, sometimes he picks up and gives me flimsy reasons like its his daughter's marriage, its march end, he has to release salary to other doctors etc.
so he can't pay me. After resigning he has paid me only twice and that too very meager amounts, still a substantial amount is not paid.
