My 30-year female patient had healed from pain since 20 days. Initially I advised her to soak her heal in warm water. Along with NSAIDs for 10 days & calcium and advised her weight reduction. She came back to me with same complaint 20 days later.

Again I prescribed her a dexamethasone inj for 3 days. She is still back to me. What else should I do. Kindly give your suggestions.
