A 60 years old villager went for pilgrimage on feet, for more than 500 kms. After returning he is unable to respire, he says my chest is blocked. TLC was 25400. X-ray chest shows pneumonia all over. Three days in ICU with IV antibiotics and nebulizations round the clock with oxygen. Then LAMA.
On 26-8-17 came to me, again TLC 15000, X-ray chest shows a similar picture with respiratory distress + fluorosis of bones of the chest. Now on again three days IV antibiotic and nebulization, then on oral antibiotics and inhalation 6 hourly. With im vit D, vit B12, injection Testosterone, and oseltamivir bid. A normal person, now not responding. What can be the reasons in such patient?
