A warty lesion appeared on the scalp of a male with age approximately >30 years. There was a small pimple in the parieto-occipital region of the scalp. Over the last 3 months and has slowly grown in size. There is no discharge or itching.

No similar lesions elsewhere. Generally fit and well. No regular medications. Kindly suggest diagnostic and management for this case.
