A 45yr old male patient presented with complaints of fever with a chill but no rigor for 3 days, 7 months back followed by the gradual onset of dry COUGH on & off for 7 months followed by the gradual onset of breathlessness on exertions for 2 months. Family H/O ASTHMA to his grandparent's mother & sister out of them his sister was on inhalational therapy. The patient has Hypertension since 2 yrs on olmisartan 10 mg OD Chronic Please suggest differential diagnosis & management
