For the vast majority of us, music is an important part of daily life. We listen to music after waking up, while driving, relaxing and some of us even while working. Music has, as per several studies, enormous advantages in respect to our mood, productivity and mental physical health. Most of us have heard about the so called “Mozart effect”.
Listening to Mozart classical works, or similar music can enhance cognitive performance, learning, memory retention (speed learning) and also speed up healing. A recent Research from a German University involving 120 patients found that listening works of celebrated composers like Mozart and Strauss help lower the Blood Pressure, Heart rate and Serum Lipids. Other musical genres resulted in no substantial effects. In my personal experience (I don’t have any statistics though)I have observed that patients, who followed my advice to listen to…
