I would like to know your opinions on the line of management for Breast cancer, history as follows. Female age 81-year-old, diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma, NBR score 6, T2N2M0.The tumor is ER, PR strong positive, Her2 negative. What should be the next treatment plan after MRM.

She has Hypertensions as the only comorbid condition. What is the management? Kindly give your opinion.
