A 68 years old Male is non diabetic, non hypertensive has h/o pain lower back radiating to right leg for the last 2 months. No h/o trauma or any other significant finding / no weight loss and no finding on clinical examination No relief with Pain killers Past History CA esophagus- successfully treated with Only Radiotherapy - 3 years back and no complaints there after Now again MRI and pet scan done Reports attached below . With this report in hand patient consulted a urologist and he did prostate examination and biopsy of prostate which showed Ca prostate. Patient was put on Hormonal therapy to which the patient did not respond and pain continued. Again subjected to repeat MRI and showing the same size and findings. What should be the diagnosis and how should one proceed?
