Case presentation · A 16-year-old male high school athlete presented with a complaint of atraumatic left ankle discomfort and edema after a high school football game. · One month before presentation, the patient had moderate left medial-sided ankle discomfort. · The patient's symptoms increased dramatically during the competition.
