A 38 year patient present with mouth ulcer just below lower lip in front of lower canine, from 10 days it usually subside during day but reappear at morning, mild pain, the has patient already taken amoxicillin, b complex, clotrimazole and doxycyclin mouth wash, but still has no effect. What treatment should be given?
