Patient of 47-year-old female came with the history of recent retraction of nipple since 1 month. No h/o any nipple discharge, no gross retro-areolar lump. Sonography suggestive of mild ductal dilatation left breast.

On Mammography no obvious opacity or mass lesion seen in retro-areolar region. Do you suggest MRI or we keep the patient on regular follow-up?
