A male 65-year-old was on Operation table for Epigastric Hernia. On checking BP, it was78/62mm Hg. A day before he had BP 124/84 mmHg. He has no other problems. Patient was examined by physician and cardiologist. Patient was on dopamine.

Today is forth day still BP is same or little higher. Patient look is well and is taking oral diet. Patient demands operation. Now how to proceed?
