A young boy of 24 yrs c/o small soft loosened skin type lesion on scrotum from two months. He had similar lesions six months ago and treated successfully at his village. He is unable to describe the history and process of development of the lesions.

Photos are posted. Investigations done are HIV, VDRL, ADA MTB, Blood sugar, all are negative. What could be the probable reason of the lesion?
