What's the scope for radiology regarding next 50 years and same for general medicine? Is plain MD General medicine best? What actually the radiology is.I mean which talents we must require? How is the life of Houseman/residents of radiology and general medicine during PG?

In general I want an orientation to postgraduation and career after MBBS mainly radiology and general medicine from respected seniors. Thanks a lot all of you for reading. Please counsel.
