A newborn baby whose weight is 2.7 kg is born to G3 mother presented with intermittent groaning since birth. RR is 55-60 with subcostal retractions at time of groaning. Saturation around 90- 93 at room air. X-ray is normal.

No murmur heard. Apgar after birth 9 and no significant maternal history. What may be possibility for intermittent groaning even after 12 hours of birth?
