I may be excused if I tend to go wrong in my assessment with restricted exposure and limited knowledge. Here is a sincere effort to analyze why some doctors do extremely well and many fail to accomplish to their potential and expectation. We all have heard or witnessed any number of stories of success or failure of doctors. It evokes a unique interest as all of us subconsciously and rightly desire to succeed. Though there are no parameters of success yet we doctors can make out the sense of our collective judgement.
