Respected seniors what is better getting in medico-marketing or pharmacovigilance? Or get in academic line start up GP? Have a thesis in done rheumatology and experience in rheumatology. In 5-6 months I will be completing my MD. Now what? Should I do another clinical diploma course?

Or the big question should I do justice to my subject. I am confused. Every second day I have a new plan. Help me out by sharing your experience.
