If a surgeon or gynaecologist refers a medical case to a physician and obviously you found out a problem which is beyond your limits to treat at that particular center hence patiernt needs care at higher center. Now what should be the next step? Refer back to particular doctor who sent this patient or else advise the patient to go higher centre on your name?
