61years old woman c/o bone pain all over the body, more at the wrist, obese, Hypertensive, undergone TKR 3years ago, now Esr40, ra factor 94.6, anti ccp 8.0, no dm, pt on only olmisar +amlodipine. I'm suspecting Multiple myelomas, vitamin d deficiency.
