A 24 yrs. old female suffering from jaundice since 20 days. At time of diagnose SGPT 789 and bilirubin 12. Now after 20 days SGPT 300 and total bilirubin is 33 USG - Normal Hepatitis B, C and E non reactive Patient is under treatment of Gastroenterologist.

Patient at home Patient not advise admission by concern consultant. What we can do? What do you think patient need admission or not?
