A 43 year old Male, came with discomfort in CHEST as, he was given Telmisartan 40mg once a day for 3 days for high BP of 140/98 at a blood donation camp on Sunday 20..11..19. Today his BP was recorded 100/70.

Blood sugar normal, ECG shows ST ELEVATION IN V3 CHEST LEAD ONLY. PT DIDN'T COMPLAIN OF PERSPIRATION, CHEST PAIN, GIDDINESS.
