What is the need/ or actions of Ecitalopam 20 mg and Amitriptyline 25 mg and Topiramate twice a day in a pt of Parkinson's disease of 7 years duration, i 69 years age no DM. Initially there was no Hypertension.
What is the rationale of using so many psychotropic drugs in Parkinson's, besides carbi+levodopa ,amantidine, and others? Kindly explain to me.
