One of my patient,elderly of 70 yrs age,a known case of HTN with old Lt.CVA,had Rt sided Colles' His hand power is 3+ and on anti-hypertensives and Clopidogrel with aspirin. Out of external reduction with plastering or internal fixation with K wire, which is good considering his age and associated conditions?
