A 22-year-old female patient came with the complaint of back flank pain in the right side. When the routine investigation was done finding as- USG- Rt kidney is normal shape and size with the small size of calculus. Lt kidney is small in size 7.8 ×3.5 and 13mm size of stone in puj In renal scan study, only 6.37 relatively functional Some consultant says goes to nephrectomy and some says go for PCNL and remove the stone and wait for some days and see.
Some say it may be reversible, other say if u go for PCNL infection possibility is high. What to do? CT Film attached.
