A 28-year-old female presented with generalized edema in the abdomen, abdominal distension, cough, frothy urine, and dyspnea for three weeks. There was no presence for oral ulcers and arthritis. Initial therapy— 25 mg of prednisone, which was gradually reduced to 15 mg, along with hydroxychloroquine Family history — negative for SLE Surgical history — A C-section delivery eight years ago, appendectomy six years ago.
