Many times when the patient is in the terminal stage on triple ionotropic and ventilator and requiring dialysis. The attendant complaining hospital is unnecessarily keeping the patient on life support just to increase the bill. Wherein most of the centers, EEG facility is not available in ICU/ hospital.

Many times corneal reflex is present, pupil reacting to light but attendant feels their patients are not showing any signs of improvement. How should we approach such a condition?
