I have a primi patent with 14 weeks congenitally anomalous fetus, was inducing her with mifipristone. F/B mesoprostol 600 mg 3 hourly for 3 doses min. Dilatation achieved, gave her synto and prostodin one dose, but only min response with few contractions.

So finally decided to stop inducing and give rest for few hourrs. Again started with meso 400 vaginally Please suggest how to proceed now?
