Hello everybody, A 30 years old female, one of my family members is hypothyroid.I have sent for antibodies but I am presuming that it is autoimmune hypothyroidism since we can't expect iodine deficiency nowadays in India. My question is how much is the increased propensity of other autoimmune disease in autoimmune hypothyroidism and which of them can be commonly associated.Diabetes is ruled out. So,do we need to be vigil for any other autoimmune associations and if yes, which ones?
