LASIK procedure has become an increasingly demanding modality of treatment of ref errors especially myopia there is no problem but the selection of cases like high myopia female patient to be arrived cosmetic reasons not to; erating C lenses have to be taken into considerations. Small ref errors should not be encouraged. The LASIK surgeon should be well trained in this context in England only those LASIK surgeons are allowed to do this procedure who have special training in this procedure and are LASIK certified are allowed to do this procedure.
