Being a doctor myself and having numerous doctor friends as well as non-medicos it is easy to see both sides when conflict arises between doctors and management. Being in radiology often worked when the subject was in high demand and we were pampered. Management in small centres used to come to the ultrasound room to give our salary, take you out for a friendly chat etc. When I was in big corporate setups in hospitals of course things were different but being friends with many there was seldom any conflict. Now the question as I have minimal corporate exposure (in hospitals): One of the doctors got so upset when she was called to the Managements cabin for clarification of leaves.
