A 30 years lady presented with extensive psoriasis. Patient c/o pain after injury overhand one and a half months ago. She is on methotrexate 7.5 mg twice a week and 95% regression in the lesion.

Why is the pain at a middle finger metacarpophalangeal joint? Is it due to soft tissue injury, fluorosis, drug-induced?
