44 years old female patient with past h/o hysterectomy with b/l oopherectomy on tab tibolone 2.5 mg since 3 years, developed c/o pain in epigastric region, eructations, abdo discomfort. She has been put up on tab rabeprazole 20 mg bd but relief from complaints. 10 days later started complaining of spasmodic abdo pain periumbilically, left flank and back. OGD- mild antral gastritis, USG- cystitis, CT abdo-pelvis(plain.contrast)- few sigmoid diverticulae, no diverticulitis.
Urine- 112pus cells/hpf. Treatment taken= Norflix 400 mg bd for 5 days Gaatroenterologist prescribed tab buscopan bd for 1 month Tab secnidazole 1g stat and repeat after 3 days. now symptoms have been reduced. What could be the diagnosis and treatment?
