Will Aadhaar Bring Transparency In NEET?

To enhance the security during NEET, the National Board of Examinations has made Aadhaar compulsory for NEET-PG and NEET-MDS 2018. Candidates will require Aadhaar number during online registration for NEET-PG 2018 & NEET-MDS 2018 for authentication of identity. The board has also notified that candidates who have not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, are required to apply for Aadhaar enrolment.

This provision is applicable for all candidates except candidates who are domicile of Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya. Such exempted candidates need to enter either Passport Number/PAN Number/Driving License/Voter ID number.
