Before taking treatment, patients must know academic background of doctors I.e number of extra attempts taken to clear undergraduate and postgraduate courses so that they can take informed decision. Hon'ble court has directed MCI to take decision and ensure display of academic records of doctors on its/ hospitals/clinic websites. Nothing is coming to my mind about its usefulness and practicability.
