Wish to request an opinion from a neurophysician on a 50 year old male, a case of Epilepsy (partial complex with generalization) with complications - rt temporal lobe stroke (old) ,memory loss and psychiatric overlay. Having difficulty in maintaining control of the psychiatric symptomatology. He is presently on multiple drugs(anti epileptics, anti psychotic, supportives) and it is getting difficult to stabilize dosing.
Looking at newer treatment protocols, with lower side effects that can stabilize him. Would be convenient (but not vital) if the splt is from Pune.
