An 8 year old female child, weight 16.5 kg height 122 cm with history of early morning vomiting, repeated cough mostly associated with feeding, also sometimes followed by vomiting. No history of recurrent pneumonias,  history of nearly Complete resolution of symptoms after 6 weeks of lansaprazole course, only to recur after 2-3 months.

Positive history of atopy, allergic rhinitis, and conjunctivitis. Give suggestions for further work up.
