World Hepatitis Day conducted every year on 28 July to create awareness about hepatitis in people. Hepatitis is inflammation of the liver tissue. The most common cause of hepatitis is viruses and other causes such as heavy alcohol use, certain medications, toxins, other infections and autoimmune diseases.
