October 10 is observed as World Mental Health Day every year. Development of newer campaigns, workshops, motivational slogans, and educational patterns have been the various approaches to fight the stigma associated with mental health, yet, vocalizing its impact is not easy. Mental health issues show up in the form of anxiety, depression, suicidal tendency, loner tendency, post-traumatic-stress disorder (PTSD), psychological distress, stress, substance abuse disorder, domestic violence, child abuse, and could be associated with other habitual or neurological or behavioral ailments.
