A 25 years old male asked for medical advice because of an intense headache together with discharge from the right ear. The ear discharge was scanty, foul smelling and of five years duration. History : A headache started six weeks ago, increased in the last two weeks and became associated with vomiting, vertigo, and blurring of the vision. On examination, the patient was found not alert, having abnormal gait with the tendency to fall to the right side.
Physical Examination : The temperature was 36°C and the pulse rate was 60/min.
